Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address to manage your account securely via Firebase Authentication and Firestore.

2. How We Access and Process Your Emails (Crucial)

ZeroPlus is designed with strict privacy standards regarding your emails:

• Local Processing Only: We connect to your email provider (iCloud, Gmail, Outlook) via IMAP directly from your device. We do not send, read, or store your personal emails on our servers.
• Keyword Scanning: The app locally scans email subjects and senders strictly for subscription-related keywords (e.g., "receipt", "subscription", "renewal") to track your expenses.
• Secure Storage: App-specific passwords are never saved on our servers. They are securely encrypted and stored locally in your Apple device's Keychain.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) solely for managing your ZeroPlus app account (Name, Email, Account ID). Firebase complies with global security standards.

4. Account and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can completely delete your account, including all local data and cloud account records, at any time directly from the "Settings" menu within the ZeroPlus app.
